Executive Director
Linda comes to Quiet Oaks with several years of leadership experience, working in non-profit organizations. She is a creative visionary and supports innovation at all levels within Quiet Oaks. In her role as Executive Director, Linda is responsible for the daily and ongoing operations, continually seeking opportunities for connecting resources and supporting families.
Jill Massmann
Director of Clinical Services
Jill Massmann DNP, APRN, AGCNS-BC, ACHPN, OCN is an Adult-Gerontology Clinical Nurse Specialist who specializes in conversions in serious illness, symptom management, end of life care and change implementation. Jill has 15 years of nursing experience including staff and charge nurse experience in oncology and advance practice nursing in palliative care. As our Director of Clinical Services, Jill will provide direct patient care and support families through their journey. Jill will also lead and direct the Nursing Care Team.
Dr. Timothy Ebel
Medical Director
Dr. Timothy Ebel, MD is a graduate of St. John's University where he received his bachelor's degree in Humanities. He earned his medical degree at the University of Nebraska Medical Center and completed his residency in Family Medicine through UNMC's Rural Training Track Program. Dr. Ebel worked for 15 years as a family physician in the Cold Spring Medical Clinic before transitioning to a full-time hospitalist position at CentraCare - St. Cloud Hospital. Dr. Ebel will be serving in a part-time role as Medical Director at Quiet Oaks and will partner with Jill Massmann, Director of Clinical Services, in providing care for our residents and their families.

Volunteer Coordinator
Doug started his journey with Quiet Oaks as a personal care attendant for a resident that came to Quiet Oaks. Like many others, he was moved to stay on. As our Director of Client and Family Services, he draws on his past general construction experience to keep the the building in tip-top shape. Doug also manages the volunteer schedule and communications. We greatly appreciate his many talents.
Kristin Darnall
Director of Development & Operations
Kristin joins Quiet Oaks with over 25 years of experience in executive fundraising and leadership positions in Central Minnesota. Kristin has worked with multiple teams to create and lead capital campaigns, annual giving solicitations and special events. She is passionate about connecting resources to current needs and enjoys engaging volunteers at whatever capacity they are comfortable. In addition to resource development, Kristin is responsible for operations to include Human Resources and Financial Management.
Julie Ehlert
Nursing Team Support
Julie comes to Quiet Oaks with a love for administration work but also a passion for end of life after two beautiful experiences caring for her sister who passed in 2015 and her mom who passed in 2020. Julie has over 20 years of office management and customer service experience, and believes that all people should be treated with the care and dignity that Quiet Oaks is known for. Her role as Nursing Team Support will give her the opportunity to use her administrative gifts and her gifts for acts of service.
Lisa Schulte
Communication & Data Integrity Manager
Lisa joins Quiet Oaks with considerable experience in small business operations and an upbringing rooted in hospitality. Her passion lies in helping others and she thrives on having a medley of responsibilities. Focused on organization, process improvement, data mining, event planning, marketing & communications - there's no end to the list of things she does around here.

Director of Hugs and Snuggles
Fuzzy came to us in 2021, after the previous Director of Snuggles & Snacks died peacefully on Christmas Eve 2020. A resident's family donated her along with all of her healthcare, so that we could have a resident cat once again. She truly is therapy for people and she's nothing but spoiled around here.
Christine Anderson
Financial Coordinator
When Christine retired in 2020, she joined the Quiet Oaks staff part-time as the Financial Coordinator. She first experienced Quiet Oaks as a caregiver and then became a volunteer in the office. Christine has almost 40 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting and financial analysis. Additionally, Christine has gotten her CNA license and works with our residents and families - utilizing her caregiver qualities.
