Dr. Patrick Lalley has been the Medical Director for Quiet Oaks since it opened its doors. Pat is also a Palliative Care Physician with CentraCare. He grew up in Grand Rapids, Michigan and received his medical training at Michigan State. He is married to Deb Lalley and has 3 children and 3 grandchildren. His hobbies include reading, traveling, mission work, hiking and spending time with his family.
Linda comes to Quiet Oaks with several years of leadership experience working in non-profit organizations. In her role as Executive Director, Linda is responsible for the daily and ongoing operations of Quiet Oaks. She continues to seek opportunities for efficiency, innovation and connecting resources.
Ginny has over 40 years of nursing experience as a registered nurse in neonatal intensive care, orthopedics, medical intensive care, public health and management. Ginny comes to Quiet Oaks as the Director of Nursing by way of her own hospice experience with her mother.
Doug started his own journey with Quiet Oaks as a personal care attendant for a resident. Like many others, he was moved to stay on. As our Director of Client and Family Services, he draws on his past general construction experience to keep the building in tip-top, comfortable and cozy shape. In addition to these duties, he continues to serve part-time as a CNA. He's a well-rounded guy, and we greatly appreciate his many talents.
Shea is an experienced RN, BSN who has been with Quiet Oaks as a staff nurse for the past 5 years caring for our residents. She also serves as our Outreach Coordinator. In this role, she shares the Quiet Oaks story with audiences in the St. Cloud community and beyond. Lisa comes to Quiet Oaks with considerable experience in small business operations and an upbringing rooted in hospitality. Her passion lies in helping those in need and she thrives in having a medley of responsibilities (the spice of life). Focusing on organization, process improvement and data mining, she aims to enhance the team at Quiet Oaks in the daily duties by employing her achievements. Lisa's calling to Quiet Oaks has given purpose to lifework she's done thus far.
Jeff came to Quiet Oaks after being a senior pastor for more than 25 years, with two years as both a hospice and hospital chaplain. His under-graduate work was done at Fort Wayne Bible College and Taylor University, with graduate studies at Crown College. After the first step into the doors at Quiet Oaks, Jeff knew he was home. He and his wife Cindy now live in St. Cloud and have two grown sons and five grandchildren in the area. You can usually find Jeff with a cup of coffee up in the cottage, so stop by for a visit any time.
Kristin joins Quiet Oaks with over 25 years of experience in executive fundraising positions in Central Minnesota. Kristin has worked with multiple teams to create and lead capital campaigns, annual giving solicitations and special events. She is passionate about connecting resources to current needs and enjoys engaging volunteers at whatever capacity they are comfortable.
