Linda AllenExecutive Director
Linda comes to Quiet Oaks with several years of leadership experience working in non-profits organizations. In her role as Executive Director, Linda is responsible for the daily and ongoing operations of Quiet Oaks. She continues to seek opportunities for efficiency, innovation and connecting resources.
Ginny Green, RNDirector of Nursing
Ginny has over 40 years of nursing experience as a registered nurse in neonatal intensive care, orthopedics, medical intensive care, public health and management. Ginny comes to Quiet Oaks as the Director of Nursing by way of her own hospice experience nearly three years ago with her own mother.
Doug KneseDirector of Client and Family Services
Doug started his journey with Quiet Oaks as a personal care attendant for a resident. Like many others, he was moved to stay on. As our Director of Client and Family Services, he draws on his past general construction experience to keep the building in tip-top, comfortable and cozy shape. In addition to these duties, he continues to serve part-time as a CNA. He’s a well-rounded guy, and we greatly appreciate his many talents. .
Elaine BenusaFinancial Coordinator
Another pioneer of the Mission, Elaine has been with Quiet Oaks since the very early years. Managing the finances of a non-profit is no small task, and she is our champion. Elaine is your go-to person for questions regarding expenses and fees – and will gratefully and expertly handle memorials and donations from your family and friends.
Joleen ChristiansenCommunications & Systems Support
Joleen manages marketing communications and supports our technology systems at Quiet Oaks. She began volunteering in the summer of 2015, then joined the management staff in 2016, first as a part-time Executive Assistant then transitioning to her current role. She has a strong background in systems and software development, project management, and a heart for non-profit administration and hospice services.
Shea PedersonOutreach Coordinator
Shea is an experienced RN/BSN who has been with Quiet Oaks as a Quiet Oaks staff nurse for the past 4 years caring for our Residents. She also serves as our Outreach Coordinator. In this role, she shares the Quiet Oaks story with audiences in the St. Cloud community and beyond.
