Linda Allen

Executive Director

Linda comes to Quiet Oaks with several years of leadership experience working in non-profits organizations.  In her role as Executive Director, Linda is responsible for the daily and ongoing operations of Quiet Oaks.  She continues to seek opportunities for efficiency, innovation and connecting  resources.

Ginny Green, RN

Director of Nursing

Ginny has over 40 years of nursing experience as a registered nurse in neonatal intensive care, orthopedics, medical intensive care, public health and management.  Ginny comes to Quiet Oaks as the Director of Nursing by way of her own hospice experience nearly three years ago with her own mother.  


Doug Knese

Director of Client and Family Services

Doug started his journey with Quiet Oaks as a personal care attendant for a resident. Like many others, he was moved to stay on. As our Director of Client and Family Services, he draws on his past general construction experience to keep the building in tip-top, comfortable and cozy shape. In addition to these duties, he continues to serve part-time as a CNA. He’s a well-rounded guy, and we greatly appreciate his many talents. .


Shea Pederson

Outreach Coordinator

Shea is an experienced RN/BSN who has been with Quiet Oaks as a Quiet Oaks staff nurse for the past 5 years caring for our Residents. She also serves as our Outreach Coordinator.  In this role, she shares the Quiet Oaks story with audiences in the St. Cloud community and beyond. If you belong to a group or organization interested in learning more about hospice and end-of-life care, let us know. Shea would be happy to meet with you or your group.

Jeff Lawson

Spiritual Care Coordinator
Jeff came to Quiet Oaks after being a senior pastor for more than 25 years, with two years as both a hospice and hospital chaplain.  His under-graduate  work was done at Fort Wayne Bible College and Taylor University, with graduate studies at Crown College.  After the first step into the doors at Quiet Oaks, Jeff knew that he was home. He and his wife Cindy now live in St Cloud and have two grown sons, five grandchildren in the area.  You can usually find Jeff with a cup of coffee up in the cottage, so stop by for a visit most any time.
